Have you ever watched those online dating commercials and
wondered if those couples were real?
Well not only are they real but we have one of their Real NYC Weddings
right here on Merci New York!
Stunningly photographed by Angelica Criscuolo Photography, Tina and Matt's story is as beautiful as their wedding at Chelsea Piers… take a peek!
Tina wore a custom made dress made by her own bridesmaid ~
Nam Park, Nammade {What a friend}! The a-line, asymmetric dress was made of different
mixes of fabrics in white and {best of all} was a convertible dress…a long
dress for the ceremony…a short dress to dance the night away at the
reception! Accessorized with edgy jewelry and Aldo
shoes that didn't break the bank, Tina smoothly {and chicly} transitioned from one
look to the other.
Her bridesmaids were given free reign over their dresses and
shoes as long as they were short and in a plum or purple tone, while the groomsmen wore
black tuxedos with white shirts.
After being married in City Hall {how Sex and the City!} the
couple went to the Sunset Terrace at Pier 60 Chelsea Piers. Decorated with lavender floral
arrangements {each with two gold fish swimming in the centerpiece, for good
luck} the venue looked gorgeous!
Tina and Matt decided on a cupcake cake to ensure everyone
got a piece! We love that idea…but
we love this cake topper even more!
During the reception, Matt sang his own version of the Plain
White T’s “Hey There Delilah” and replaced Delilah with Tina. “I knew he wanted to do something
special during our reception, but had no idea he was going to sing and play the
guitar the way he did that night.
I know a lot of my married friends turned to their husbands and asked
them why they couldn’t serenade them the way Matt did for me!” said Tina.
