Real City Wedding | Kristen + Leor at The Liberty House

We all know and love the Manhattan skyline, so we were thrilled that Kristen and Leor chose it as the backdrop for their stunning wedding!  Photographer Mikkel Paige captured the couple's special day at the Liberty House as well as an aptly timed fireworks surprise {Luckily, NYC was celebrating the Statue of Liberty’s anniversary that same evening}!  

Before getting into her Monique Lhiullier, Bliss dress, Kristen got hair and make up done by Emily Quinton and Ashlee Glazer, while walking around in her custom “I love Leor” sweatshirt {so cute!}. 

Leor wore bulldog cufflinks as a special detail to bring their pooch, Matzah, into the special day, while his groomsmen wore lilac ones that coordinated with their purple ties.  

The ladies also kept with the theme of purples and plums in their Amsale dresses.  The portraits were pulled together with orange and red flowered accents.  If that color palette doesn't get you excited for the fall, we don't know what does! 

The event planners at The Wedding Library helped to bring the autumn atmosphere indoors with the help of Pedestal Florist.  Orange and red nature-inspired centerpieces, adorned with candles set the mood in The Liberty House's Ballroom... The ballroom was the perfect setting for the impromptu fireworks show!

Kristen wasn’t the only one ready for a party... her bridesmaids donned Tom’s shoes in silver so they could keep up on the dance floor quite comfortably.
