The Fall 2013 Christos collection was a vision in romance and delicacy... Merci New York was honored to have sat through such a soft and fluid runway show {and we know many of you will swoon over the photos below}...

Christos is all about inspiring femininity and effortless optimism... Designer Amsale Aberra always injects a feather-light beauty {and couture-level refinement} through the line, and Fall 2013 was no exception.
Our favorite Christos gowns were composed of airy tulle layered with French Alencon; the pairing created enchanting texture and a weightless, dream-like look. Sheer tops adorned with pearl appliques transformed the ubiquitous strapless gown into a cap-sleeve proposition; a bridge gives the illusion of wearing white flowers scattered across her skin.
Asymmetric shoulders offered an unexpectedly chic twist, and godet skirts, tiered at the base of the gown, added delightful charm.
