What We Love Now | Jenny Packham Lingerie {and more...}

Call it a girl crush, designer crush, or serious obsession of all kinds... One thing's for certain: I'm seriously loving all things Jenny Packham right now.

Well known for her deco-inspired wedding dresses and drop-dead gorgeous evening gowns, the British designer has a knack for striking the perfect balance between tastefully chic and subtly sexy. Stars love her. Brides adore her. And well, this stylist just can't get enough...

Earlier this week, I pulled some gorgeous Jenny Packham wedding gowns from Gabriella New York Bridal Salon for a fall editorial I was styling for Ceci Style. {If you're not familiar with the stationery-guru's stylish newsletter, check out her 100th issue here}. In prepping for the shoot, I was totally drawn to the delicate beading of the dresses, their flirty femininity, and how the subtle embellishments truly paid just homage to a woman's curves. {I can't wait to show you the final edits}...

However, it wasn't until I did some serious post-shoot research, that I learned Ms. Packham's lingerie collection {aside from being an obvious extension of her line}... is beyond brilliant. Seriously - just look at these gorgeous {wedding trousseau worthy} pieces! Once again, I find myself obsessed.

So what do I love most about this line? It's sophisticated-sexy, just like Jenny Packham's bridal and evening wear. If I were to pack my honeymoon wardrobe all over again, I'd do some serious splurging on these pieces {and nix a ton of the less expensive stuff I'd likely wear only once or twice}. These are versatile bits of luxury that are wonderfully rewearable, not just on an anniversary night, but any time you're looking to feel sweet, flirty and just the right amount of sexy. So yes, my girl-slash-designer-slash-all things fashion crush on Jenny Packham has extended itself beyond bridal and to the every day... or more aptly, every night.
