Real New York Wedding | Erin and Jimmy at the NYC Fire Museum

new-york-city-st-patricks-day-wedding-green-emerald-fire-department-bagpipeWe were thrilled to receive this ever-so-appropriate submission from Kimberly Salem Photography a couple weeks ago and preciously kept it up our sleeve until now... What's better than a festive dose of bagpipes, kilts, clovers and green accents to celebrate St Patty's Day in New York City?
Even though Erin and Jimmy were married in October, their darling Irish themed details almost have us jonsing to join the parade festivities down Fifth today... Take a peek!
new-york-city-st-patricks-day-wedding-green-emerald-fire-department-bagpipeAfter their first look in Washington Square Park, Erin and Jimmy headed to Empire Fulton Ferry Park and then the Brooklyn Bridge for portraits.new-york-city-st-patricks-day-wedding-green-emerald-fire-department-bagpipeThe couple's ceremony was at the striking 200 year-old Grace Church in the East Village.

The groom is a fireman and plays the bagpipes in the FDNY Emerald Society Pipes and Drums, so it was quite the surprise when his friends showed up at the reception and took over the dance floor.
