Real Engagement Session | Yissa + Kevin Take Vegas

I know this is NYC-based wedding blog, but what can I say, it's still cold out there and the sight of palm trees, little white dresses and bright colors is making my Friday morning extra cheery! {Not to mention, I kinda love the idea of hoping on a plane and having a little "Viva Las Vegas" engagement shoot}... Photographer Katie Robertson actually splits her time from coast to coast {lucky girl!} so NYC-couples can get in on her fab photo sessions, too.

About the couple: Kevin and Yissa both moved to Las Vegas as architects in training searching for opportunity and excitement back during the boom days a short 7 years ago. It was in the halls of architectural academia at UNLV where Kevin and Yissa first met. Their connection was immediate and spiraled upwards from that moment on. The relationship and love that developed was always in the context of the gambler's paradise, but for them, the backdrop of Las Vegas was not about Sin City - it was about making home."
